Kabul Tower

The modular geometric lines of Kabul Tower are designed to complement the proposed contemporary skyline of the planned area in Kabul. The Client vision was to create an aesthetically dominated mixed use development in Kabul that encompasses luxurious retail boulevards, grade A commercial office units and opulent residential apartments.
Kabul Tower is comprised of two integrated towers, 4 basement for parking, 4 floors as a shopping center belw 4 floors commercial as offices and above the offices there is 21 floors residential and each floor consist of five 4bedroom flats, three 3bedroom flats and eight 2bedroom flats.
A key factor in Nad AlShiba’s distivtive design is its sustainability, with each proposed stage of the build complying with LEED concept to target a LEED gold rating.
