Leading real-estate developer, Rowdan United Group, appointed Nad AlShiba as lead consultant for its prestigious mixed use development Rowdan tower which is located on a prime plot of land in the Tatweer district of Ajman city. The tower that make up the luxurious project have a unique shape that is designed to epitomise the graceful from the urban streets in the direction of the see.
Rowdan Tower consists of G+M+23 furnished apartment tower above 2 basement floor parking, with a total built-up area of 24.714 m². The development design objective is to re-energise this strategically located site within the Corniche Special District in Ajman by creating an urban nucleus where people live, work and shop.
