Kuwait Incubator

Kuwait government designed an organization to accelerate the growth and success of entrepreneurial companies through an array of business support resources and services that could include physical space, capital coaching, common services and networking connections.
This urban low-rise iconic building will feature 3 floors assigned for Incubator space units in addition to food and beverage outlets on the ground level. Floor plates are placed to enhance the efficiency of the layout and increase the flexibility. Views and lines of internal sight are also increased through the design. There are also 2 floors for parking that also accommodate guests of the building.
